Privacy Policy

1. What Agent Angle does

Agent Angle runs controlled public-web agent evaluations. Users provide prompts, target URLs, and success criteria. The platform records run state, agent activity, traces, scores, and reports for the requesting workspace. This policy covers the Agent Angle service, not the independent websites an evaluation visits or the services linked from our website.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile picture URL when available.
• Content you submit: projects, prompts, target URLs, success criteria, evaluation settings, feature requests, and comments.
• Evaluation records: agent outputs and activity, public-web sources, traces, scores, reports, token usage, and run status.
• Billing information: credit balances and transactions, checkout references, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and payment or subscription status. Stripe collects your payment details on its hosted checkout; we do not receive your full card number.
• Technical information: request and application logs, timestamps, error information, and account, session, or run identifiers needed to operate and secure the service. Hosting and network providers may also process connection information, such as your IP address.

3. Google sign-in data

We request only the openid, email, and profile permissions to identify you, create or retrieve your account, display your profile, and manage access to your workspace. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendars.

We exchange your sign-in authorization code with Google and use the returned access token to read your basic profile. That token is not stored as a long-term credential. Your account profile is stored in our database, and Agent Angle uses its own session cookie to keep you signed in. Your email may prefill Stripe checkout when you choose to make a purchase.

We do not sell your Google account data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Google sign-in profile data is not provided to evaluation models as part of the sign-in process. Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use and share information

We use information to provide account access, run and report on evaluations, process billing, respond to support requests, investigate errors and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Service providers process information for hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, and support. These include Amazon Web Services, MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, and PostHog (product analytics). When you run an evaluation, the submitted task and relevant evaluation content are processed by the selected AI provider, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. AI providers may also process content for scoring and report generation. Their data handling is governed by their applicable terms and service settings.

Workspace records are available through the service to authorized workspace users. Feature requests and comments submitted to the community board are visible to other signed-in users. Do not include secrets, customer credentials, or sensitive personal information in evaluation prompts or community posts. Evaluated agents use public-web access, not your private Google account data.

We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, or protect people's rights and safety.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use a session cookie for account access and a short-lived cookie to validate Google sign-in. On HTTPS deployments these cookies are Secure, HttpOnly, and limited to the host that issued them. The session expires after its configured lifetime; you can also end it by signing out. We use browser local storage to remember your theme preference and analytics identity, as described below.

6. Retention and security

We retain account, evaluation, report, and billing records to operate the service and preserve evaluation history. Evaluation records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Session records expire separately. Billing, security, legal, and backup records may need to be retained for their applicable purposes when a deletion request is made.

We use access controls and secure transport for deployed service connections. No online service can guarantee complete security. Service providers may process information in countries outside your own.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Email support@agentangle.ai to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, or to ask about rights available under applicable privacy law. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests are handled through support; there is no self-service account deletion button at present.

You can review or remove Agent Angle's Google connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection or signing out does not delete records already held by Agent Angle; contact us for an account-data request.

8. Children and policy changes

Agent Angle is intended for adults using the service for professional or business purposes. It is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date. Material changes to the use of Google data will be disclosed before that new use and, where required, require your consent.
