Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

During the beta, Agent Angle is available only to users located in the United States. You must not use the service from outside the United States. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement to use Agent Angle. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to use the service for it. Keep your Google account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your Agent Angle account. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

2. The service and acceptable use

Agent Angle is intended for legitimate product, documentation, support, marketing, and agent-readiness evaluation work. Evaluations use public web access. We do not support authenticated customer-product workflows or customer credentials for evaluated agents.

• Use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights and access rules.
• Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, or content you lack the right to provide for processing.
• Do not use evaluations to exploit systems, evade access controls, harass people, send spam, or facilitate unlawful activity.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to another workspace, or abuse billing or usage limits.

3. Your content and evaluation results

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Agent Angle permission to host, process, and transmit it to service providers as needed to run evaluations, score outputs, generate reports, and provide the service. The Privacy Policy describes this processing.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Scores and reports describe particular runs, models, and available public content; they do not guarantee future agent behavior or business outcomes. Review results before relying on them. You must also respect rights in third-party content referenced or reproduced in a result.

4. Credits, payments, and subscriptions

Available prices, credit amounts, subscription benefits, and renewal intervals are shown in the service or at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Paid credits cover evaluation usage at the customer rate displayed by Agent Angle; provider cost estimates are not the customer price. Completed or attempted processing may incur usage even if an evaluation does not produce the result you hoped for.

Founder subscriptions recur according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled. Contact support@agentangle.ai for cancellation, billing corrections, or refund requests. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain in effect. Promotional credits have no cash value and are subject to the offer's stated conditions.

5. Availability and changes

Agent Angle is an evolving service. Features, supported models, limits, and report formats may change. We may interrupt access for maintenance, security, provider failures, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated effective date and communicated where required.

6. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, unlawful activity, security incidents, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, contact support; stopping use does not cancel a recurring subscription automatically. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI-generated results are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
